Thirteenth Division Captain: Chirirenge, SenzaemonThirteenth Division Captain: Chirirenge, Senzaemon by Strider-of-Twilight
Name: Chirirenge Senzaemon
Alias(es): Uboshi Senzaemon ; the Fly
Affiliation: Captain of the Thirteenth Division ; The Breaker
Overview: Chirirenge Senzaemon, the hated Captain of the Thirteenth Division, was born originally as Uboshi Senzaemon. His father was the brother to the clan head, and his mother a noble woman from one of their vassals. This heritage blessed him not only with impossible finances, but also an incredible spiritual power. Because of this they named him Senzaemon after one of their celebrated ancestors. His life was an easy one; with the resources and natural talent, he entered into the Shin’o Academy and graduated within six years. Especially skilled at Kidou, Senzaemon was recruited directly into the Fourth Division--the ancestral seat of the Uboshi.
What no one, neither the Uboshi themselves nor Senzaemon’s instructors, realized was that he was different than other
Tengaichikaku, Muhyou: ZanpakutouTengaichikaku, Muhyou: Zanpakutou by Strider-of-Twilight
Zanpakutou Name: Tenteida (Heavenly Emperor's Sword Stroke)
Sealed Appearance: Tenteida, the zanpakutou of the oldest living shinigami of the Thirteen Court Guard Squads, is considered to be one of its most legendary weapons. No other zanpakutou has ever seen as much use as Muhyou's has, having experienced almost one and a half millennia's worth of strife. While many other zanpakutou have had stories told about them, few can claim that their weapon has had entire classes in both the Shinto Academy and the advanced training of many shinigami dedicated solely to their soul cutter. And just as it's wielder wrote the book on war tactics and swordplay, so too has Tenteida served as the foundation for knowledge surrounding zanpakutou as a whole. It has been studied extensivly by scholars for ages, whom have sought the answers to Muhyou's incredibly long life, the unbelievable power that it holds, and the perfected form of a shinigami's bankai. Not unlike its wielder, even the c
Senzogihara, Sushun: ZanpakutouSenzogihara, Sushun: Zanpakutou by Strider-of-Twilight
Zanpakutou Name: Yasuragi (Tranquility)
Sealed Appearance: Whereas the Zanpakutou of some captains is feared, the ancient sword belonging to Senzogihara Sushun is not. It is revered by those who serve underneath the Tenth Division Captain, going as far as to take the image of the katana and to use it on countless pamphlets, stamps, and other official markings. This public image has assisted Sushun in becoming the powerful public figure that he is today. While many Shinigami, especially those in the eleventh, feel the need to brandish their swords to prove their strength, Sushun does not. After all, everywhere one looks within the Seireitei and beyond, Yasuragi is within sight. Given its age and owner’s reputation, it has also been well-studied in the past. Upcoming Shinigami within the Shin’o Academy learn of Yasuragi first amongst some of the more famous, non-elemental Zanpakutou. This is something that Sushun himself thought up centuries ago, and has allowed

Name: Abane, Yoshimaru
Alias(es): The Greatest Adventurer ; Master of Survival ; Hero of the West
Affiliation: Captain of the Fifth Division ; Headmaster and Grand Dean of Academia
Overview: Abane Yoshimaru was a man born from lies and broken promises. Five centuries ago, his parents--a Shinigami warrior and a merchant's daughter--had a love affair despite their respective marriages. Even with the difference in castes and the problems filling their own lives, both souls found a solace in one another and met again and again. From these meetings sprouted Yoshimaru; a weed amongst a forbidden garden of flowers. He was the boy that was never meant to be, a sign of the sin they had committed. When the belly of the merchant's daughter swell too much to keep the secret any longer, her father disowned her, her husband kicked her out onto the streets, and her lover distanced himself from the illegitimate fami

Isshin, Ichigo, Rukia, and Ebisu are on their way back home. The whole time, each of them were quiet. Ichigo and Rukia's heads were lowered, feeling ashamed. Ichigo, moreso, because he disobeyed his father. Ebisu looked back at them, feeling a sense of pity for the two children despite the way they had tricked him.
Ebisu yelped in surprise and slight fright when Isshin called his name before he ran to the Captain's side.
"Y-Yes, Captain?" he asked.
"Take Rukia home," Isshin ordered. "I have to teach my son a lesson."
Upon hearing this, Ichigo gulped nervously and hid in the tall grass, but he knew it was all for naught. He was already in trouble. Ebisu nodded before walking over to the children.
"Let's go, Rukia." he said, before turning to Ichigo. "Ichi
